If you meet someone online and they lie about their age, they are the ones that should be whipped. I have a son that’s 24 and he’d pass for a 17 yr. old just like someone 17 could pass for 25. Without a way to prove their age when it’s posted or chatting it’s not someone like Clay’s fault. Leave the guy and his sexual preferences alone. It’s his private business. We should be yelling at the stupid kid and asking where the hell are his parents? We should not reward this liar with publicity and his five minutes of fame at the expense of another. If Clay wasn’t famous this boy would probably be embarassed if any of his friends knew what he’s doing or that he is gay. He wouldn’t be going public unless there’s a reward in it for him. Is money and five minutes of fame what we want to reward this liar? Clay is out there for us to enjoy his singing and charity work. His private life is just that. It’s private and what he does with it is his business and only his business. Let’s shoot the right person here…the liar.

Did the person (the alleged 22 year old that lied about his age on manhunt) tell Clay he was 17? Did he tell him this through IM conversation? Does he have a screenshot of this? If he lied but didn’t tell Clay Aiken that he infact lied, Clay Aiken cannot get into trouble. The only way for Clay Aiken to get into trouble is that he must have told Clay that he was 17 and he must have taken screenshots, as proof, for Clay to get into any trouble. I am a lawyer and trust me, I know the system.

I love Clay, but, please, he has to be more careful and start thinking with his brain, not his ****. His behavior could be dangerous to him, meeting with strangers in hotels. People get killed that way.
And to the poster claiming to be an attorney, no way. The onus is on Clay to make sure no one is under age. They could be lying and Clay is the adult and will be held responsible.
The way he conducts his private life, it won’t be long before it’s all out in the open. That is, if he survives.

Just for the record … you people are really gullible. There never was any 17-yr-old & this whole story is bogus. It was concocted on a blog written by Aiken’s notorious Stalker (who sold his soul to the Enquirer) & he farmed it out to gossip sites; apparently only 2 of you took the bait. The Stalker has done this numerous times … ever hear of that story where Aiken was allegedly seen in a gay club in Prague? That came from the Stalker. Never mind that Aiken was traveling with a female companion at the time (which he had just told his fanclub about, including being deathly ill with the flu & having to cut the trip short) … never mind that Aiken is a notorious agoraphobic & never goes to clubs & bars of any kind. Gossip sites will print anything any psycho feeds them & readers accept it as fact with no proof whatsoever. What a sad world we live in.

Oh shut up! If (and that’s a big “IF” since you have no proof”) Clay Aiken has an affair with a 17 year old, then he didn’t do anything wrong. You’re obviously a dummy and need to go and check out the age of consent laws in your state.

You don’t know what you are talking about. It’s perfectly legal for a 22 year old guy to have sex with a 17 year old guy. Of course, I must remind you there is NO PROOF that Clay did this.
