Pee Wee Is Back On TV!

Paul Reubens, known for his role as Pee-wee Herman is going to have his show back on the air, though this time not for a kid audience, but rather on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim channel. The Emmy Award-winning show Pee-Wee’s Playhouse will air all 45 original episodes beginning July 10, company officials announced today.
Thats great news to hear. I’ve always felt Reubens got a bum deal when they busted him in that adult theater. I mean, yeah it was gross, it was indecent exposure, but come on, it’s a porno theater, what else is going on there?

I agree with you on the bum rap thing. Pee Wee’s Playhouse was a pretty good kids show, a nice mix of all the things kids like on TV — wacky people, a chair that talks, and (if I remember right) some cartoons.
However, I don’t know that I’ll be able to sit through it when it comes on [as]. Especially if they stick it between Futurama and Family Guy. I still think [as] should acquire the rights to The Tick.
