To be covered, a person must meet this definition: "Disability means, with respect to an individual, a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of such individual; a record of such an impairment; or being regarded as having such an impairment." If she couldn't have sex, she might be covered. Having to screw 13 year olds doesn't count. That's not to say that I would have passed up the chance to tap that when I was 13.
