You suggest that Kevin should get education and attend a formal critical thinking course. One wishes you would do the same.

Are you aware of what ad hominem arguments are? I don’t have the time nor the patience to educate you, however your rebuttal is filled with them. I’m as much tired as Kevin is of having to share this planet with those of weaker minds who are filled with superstition and religious belief. Wars are built by them, and the rest of us are forced to endure alongside them.

Regardless of whether homosexuality is environmental or genetic, is of little consequence. What matters for us poor little human animals, is that we respect one another and recognise that if we are forced to live together, we have to understand that behaviour that does not damage others, the individual herself, or the environment as a whole, should concern us little.

But that’s not the case. Religious people, primarily, target those that “don’t believe” or are “different” than what they believe or who they are. Their attacks can be both verbal and physical and help to encourage others to discriminate against them. It’s ironic that the very segment of society that claims to “love god” and be “good people” are usually the bottom of the barrel when it comes to morals.

Lastly, if you have something worthy to state, then state it. It’s of little interest to anyone if you criticise another’s post with nothing to offer yourself. Ugh.

P.S. Homosexuality is NATURAL, and occurs throughout the animal kingdom in a wide variety of species; yes, even the species of homo sapiens! That’s not my opinion, it’s scientific fact. Adopt that fact OR live in ignorance. Oh… the shame our species has made Travolta and others like him feel. What an odd animal we are.

Seems everyone is looking at the large picture of the kiss and not noticing the small inset picture. Look at the way Johns’ arm is around the other guys’ waist as if in a loving hold. Straight men do not hold each other like that in public much less kiss. Seems as if John got caught up in the heat of the moment. I would like to know what the conversation is that they are having, something like “Baby I am going to miss you such much so hurry and get home.”? I think if we that all our questions would be answered.
My hat is off to both of them. This is an incredible picture.

My guess is that someday when Travolta is a 70 something year old man and retired in hollywood; he will admit his homosexuality and his marriage to Kelly Preston a sham. That “kiss” to his kid’s nanny was NOT a same greeting to female and male friends alike, it was a snatched moment for a male lover caught unexpectedly on camera. Kelly Preston is a fool if she stays with her “closeted homosexual” husband.
