I am a grandfather of 13 grandchildren and father of 3 girls and I too hate pedoâ??s. However if you think that a little girl in a bikini or topless is lewd then your sick.

What I see is a little girl and thatâ??s it! You have be a bit of a pedophile minded person yourself to think these picture are lewd.
If you travel about the world you will find naked children playing on the beach and the locals could care less. You have been programmed to be a prude in a warped way. People like you are like the Islam fanatics who are AFRAID of the human body.

everyone can see the picture for what it is, a very sweet and innocent snapshot. The little child is doing no harm and oblivious to the world around her is very clear. I would say however, that you would never find little girls posing like this in magazines of ten or twenty years ago and I do see quite clearly the potential for this young adult pose to attract the kind of publicity it doesn’t deserve but it is just the kind of affirmation that peadophiles will sickly interpret to their own advantage.

My issue with this picture is that it does little to protect the more vulnerable out there who don’t have protective or enabled parents and parents that abuse their children. There are currently 1 in every three children abused within their life-time and the problem is growing in this society but shunned. This picture isn’t going to change that, but it does a lot of harm whilst we live in a world where child abuse is rampant and and not dealt with. any material a Peado does come across that affirms his beliefs, the more justifiable his crimes are. Children should be safe from peadophiles but they are not and that is a fact and so is child pornography. This picture would be seen as adult by a peadophile.

The topless glancing-over-the-shoulder photo is definitely not right for a child. I don’t have a problem with the other two.

The topless shot is exactly the kind of image abusers like to use to groom kids. “Hey look, Cindy Crawford’s little girl did it. Don’t you wanna be cool like her? Come on, take off your top…”

It’s a hard thing to keep a balance between hysteria and protecting kids. Ultimately I’d rather err on the side of caution.

The issue with this photo is that she’s topless. Would you take topless photos of your 5 year old daughter and post them on the net? No? You know why you wouldn’t, because if you did, you would be arrested for posting child pornography. The little girl is absolutely adorable, but as a photographer myself, I know there are much more appropriate poses for a little girl than a topless, glancing over the shoulder, lower back tattoo sporting photo. :)

I don’t know how anyone could think this isn’t suppose to portray a sexy image. The little girl is posing how Cindy did when she was in her 20’s. Do you think Cindy’s picture wasn’t meant to be sexy? As for comparing the photo to a picture of a baby’s butt, it can’t be compared because a five year old is not a baby! Girls have a hard enough time growing up and accepting their bodies–why in the world would anyone support such a negative message?

you are all stupid. who really cares. do you have nothing better going on in your own life to worry about. the truth is society has become numb to its real problems but they will jump at the opertunity to gossip about a celebrity. Cindy has more money then you will ever see and that most likely makes you jealous so you need to criticize her about her choices. but the fact that children in America are smoking and drinking at all time low ages doesnt matter to anyone. why not use media and the power of voice to affect people that matter, like youth who dont have stuck up rich parents.

Ok, Lets all just take a deep breath-Good. This picture is a tasteful dipiction of a little girl in a bathing suit. I myself have 2 beautiful little girls that summer at a lake and for the longest time didn’t want to wear the top of thier suits. They don’t get that at the ripe old age of 3 and 5 that they should have to cover themselves up while thier male counterparts run around topless. I find it hard to believe that someone like Ms. Crawford would purposely put her daughter in a cituation that was inappropriate or uncomfortable. Please try to understand that she too is human a loving parent and making what she believes to be the best decision for her family. If this were your neighbor you probably wouldn’t think twice about blowing it so out proportion. Be respectful and as the old saying goes, If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all.
