Larry Birkhead is a heartless gold digger and his attorney is a witch. To not have the decency to give her a week or two to mourn the death of her son before they pull her into court is unforgivable. And larry is claiming that he loves her now that she is dead. They contributed big time to her death and yes I believe she died of a broken heart and an overwhelming cruelty and indecently that she felt in the world. RIP Anna. I pray that Howard stays strong and stand up to these evil freaks. Even if Dannilyn is larry’s biological daughter, he should never have her. Howard is the man to show her what real love and commitment is all about. God bless you Howard!

I think Anna Nicole grief for her son has been unbearable and since his death, I always felt that she needed to get serious psychiatric help. Losing a child and grieving many times requires mental help from a professional and she seems to have not receieved any medical help for her grief. Many times medications can be prescribed to help deal with grief that are helpful to recovery. I gave birth to my daughter the same day as her and my baby is the same age as her daughter. Her passing away is tragic and might have been prevented with more medical help. Larry Birkhead if he is the father must be tormented not knowing what is happening to his daughter’s life. Danielyn needs a proper home and the courts need to find the truth about who the father is.

You’d better be careful on whom you are calling a whore !! And I think you’d better check your facts before you mouth off !! Anna Nicole Smith is a fraud, her whole life has been a sham and it’s a shame that Larry got caught up her tangled web…He has every right to know if he is the baby’s father…he’s willing to go the whole 9 yards…Anna has now claimed 3 daddies for this child..Does that tell you anything ? We know for a fact Ben is not the dad, his plumbing’s been fixed and it’s very very doubtful HKS is, and he’s the one who won’t do the DNA test ! You know why ? Because he’s not the father !!!! And he’s as much a fraud as Anna ! Anna and HKS will be going to jail for a long time…So Larry, get in there, get the DNA, and take your daughter…you will make a wonderful full time dad !! My Very Best to you Larry !

EASIEST way to get rid of him would be to HAVE the bloody test? let him pay for it, of course…but a swab of the cheek, put it under the scope, and he is out of her hair. why draw it out?

I find I must clarify my claim that Debra Opri is a whore. I don’t mean she’s a whore in the sense that she sells her body to men. I mean that, despite the fact that I believe everyone deserves good representation in our legal system, the sheer venality of her televised appearance with Larry Birkhead leads me to believe her legal talents are for sale to the highest bidder. Anna Nicole loved Daniel and is a vulnerable person who is constantly mistreated by the media. If Larry Birkhead WAS involved with Anna, he sure proved he never cared about her by his actions. ALL the media criticizing Anna for selling photos should realize that, while she has an upcoming movie, “Illegal Aliens”, she’s not starring in blockbusters like some of the other stars like Tomkat who sold baby pictures. That girl couldn’t LIVE without security in a secure compound. The media knows this best of all. With a new baby in the house, she may not work for a while. I am GLAD she made money. Everyone should give her a break.

I think we need to add Debra Opri, creepy Larry Birkhead’s attorney, to the list of whores. I lost my only child, a 17-year-old son, and only another bereaved mom can appreciate what Anna is going through. Anna and Daniel’s love for each other was so evident on the show, as was Howard K. Stern’s love and concern for both of them. Kick somebody while they’re down, why don’t you? Everybody pray for Anna, Howard, and her GORGEOUS baby girl, Danielynn. She’s the prettiest of all the Hollywood babies, by far.

You will recall that Wesley Snipes was awarded release from having to take a DNA test in a paternity action against him because, “it infringed upon his civil rights.” While the courts primary interst is in the welfare of children, it must be balanced with everyone’s protection of civil rights. While custody frequently occurs through paternity, it primarily occurs as a result of “two people claiming to be the parents.” Anna Nicole and Howard have a natural civil right to claim this child as theirs and be legally protected in their claim. If Birkhead is allowed to force DNA testing, then why not let any crackhead, stalker or other maniac disrupt anyone’s life by demanding paternity action? This is not a simple claim; it’s a long, drawn out, litigeous procedure that anyone who’s ever been to family court knows is always convoluted, expensive and only benefits the lawyers. It is for this same reason that in this state, a married woman can become pregnant with another man’s baby as the result of an extra-marital affair, but the court will automatically recognize and hold responsible her husband as the father and is only overturned in favor of the biological father when all parties are in agreement. Our children’s best interests are served by having two loving parents who accept and acknowledge the child – not by publicly forcing biological recognition of two people who hate each other. I applaud Howard and Anna regardless of genetics. Their relationship has stood the test of time. Larry couldn’t even make it through the pregnancy.

I concur with the above comment. That drugged-up woman told him he was the father, then later flees the country and fake-marries that slimeball lawyer of hers in an attempt to gain complete un-impeded control of the kld. If Larry’s so annoying, why won’t she just give him the DNA test to prove he’s not the father? Then he’ll go away and she can have the role of “media whore” all to herself again.

I find it fishy that she’s too busy grieving to do the DNA test, yet she manages to find time to have a catered wedding on a yacht.

I am writing you in regards to your recent article in which you label Larry Birkhead as a “MEDIA WHORE”. I find your sense of journalism to be completely offensive. I wonder if you have done any research on the case. . DO you have children? Have you ever been told that you are having a baby and go through all of the stages of planning for this child only to have someone flee the country and never be able to hold that child? Birkhead is anything but a media whore. For years he has sit in the background of Anna as she was in the media. Not once did he utilize the media until he was denied access to his child. Larry is a well educated, caring individual who only looks forward to having a relationship with his only child. I am a close friend of the Birkhead family and they are a very tight knit family. All of which put their children first. I understand that your job is to report the “gossip” but if you are going to name call and use the word “WHORE” you may want to direct that word elsewhere in this case.
