The headline alone has got me laughing. When I first saw this photo, I thought it was clearly some woman rummaging through garbage. That is… until I saw the bare foot hanging out of her bag.

Heather Mills was spotted going into a dance studio, preparing for the next session of “Dancing with the Stars“. Who’s paying for her lessons?
