Anna Nicole’s Autopsy: Finally, the Results!
Anna Nicole Smith ’s autopsy report will be released Monday, more than six weeks after the former Playboy Playmate died, authorities said Thursday.

The medical examiner for Broward County, Dr. Joshua Perper, and Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said they will hold a joint news conference to discuss the cause of death.
Smith was found Feb. 8 in her hotel room at a tribal casino in Hollywood, Fla. An initial autopsy report showed no immediate indication of a drug overdose and no sign of major external injuries on the 39-year-old reality TV star.
Perper delayed the release of the full autopsy report after police gave him additional evidence, though authorities have not said what that is.
Prosecutors have said they are not treating the case as a homicide.
