Rumors of rehab lured Nicole Richie out of seclusion yesterday. Nicole was spotted out and about, she obviously just continues to get therapy at the center where she received in-house treatment years ago.
She did seem to enjoy the latest gossip news on Paris Hilton and her pending jail sentence.
