Lindsay Lohan In Rehab For A Reason

It wasn’t just the alcohol that had Lindsay Lohan slumped over, fighting with Samantha Ronson, and crashing her Benz into a tree over Memorial Day weekend – there was a little bit of cocaine

Toxicology reports indicate that Lindsay had “nearly twice the legal limit” of alcohol in addition to some cocaine in her bloodstream when she crashed. The case could be presented to the L.A. District Attorney in a few days.

Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, told TMZ, “It’s highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case.” Berk added, “It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it.”

Shocking, I know. I never would’ve guessed. Thank goodness for rehab … because it worked so well the first time.
