Paris Hilton: In Jail, Out of Jail,… Back in Jail Again

Paris Hilton was released from jail yesterday, only to land right back in jail again today.

Judge Sauer ordered Paris to come back to court. I guess the Sheriff took it upon himself to have Paris released, which is said to be due to medical reasons.

Said Sauer, “I don’t know why the defendant couldn’t be treated at Lynwood, because they have a great medical facility.”

Judge Michael Sauer said that before Paris was released, he was contacted by the Sheriff and told they would file a motion to place Paris under house arrest.

The judge said the motion was never filed, and added, “There’s no way I would have approved it even if I got the motion.”

The video below shows police taking Paris from her Hollywood Hills home, to escort her back to court. Look at that media circus… this whole thing has become completely insane.

Paris Hilton was ordered back to jail in Lynwood, to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She’ll get credit for at least 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom.” Hilton was also heard saying “It’s not right.”

One witness said that Paris was “physically escorted” out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton’s mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, “I’m paralyzed right now.” Paris’ father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

Paris is currently being held in the medical ward at Twin Towers Correctional Facility, the same place where she checked herself into custody on Sunday night, after the MTV Movie awards.

Paris will file an appeal on her sentence, either this afternoon or Monday morning.
