Gavin Rossdale’s Baby Mama Drama

Gavin Rossdale has an 18-year-old daughter, Daisy Lowe, and her mom is none too pleased with Gavin’s parenting skills … or lack thereof. Pearl Lowe has written a book about the ’90s British rock scene, of which the Bush frontman played a prominent role. While doing an interview about the upcoming story, Pearl ripped on Gavin quite a bit. She says that Gavin was the one who suggested paternity tests, but then he never showed up when they were supposed to happen, and eventually stopped returning Pearl’s calls.

On Rossdale’s absence from Daisy’s life since DNA tests taken in 2004 proved he’s her father:
â€œThis guyâ€™s a millionaire, he can at least give Danny [Lowe's partner and Daisy's father-figure] back the money heâ€™s spent. Itâ€™s been a traumatic time for us. I lost my best friend, Daisy lost her godfather and doesnâ€™t have a dad. And she lost self-worth. Because when someone rejects you like that, you wonder whatâ€™s wrong with you…When he had his baby with Gwen, Daisyâ€™s half-brother, he didnâ€™t even tell her. Sheâ€™s never seen the baby. Not to take responsiblity and not to let your daughter even meet her grandparents and see her heritage is pretty sick.â€

On whether she’d want to reconcile:
I really donâ€™t care if I never see him ever again. Heâ€™s been incredibly vile. He saw Daisy at first, but he was always rude to her, he made it feel like it was her fault. It was her 18th birthday and there was no present, no phone call, nothing.”

Despite the drama, Gavin and Gwen Stefani always seem close and were recently spotted out and about with Kingston.
