You can wet your toothbrush with half a cup of water from the (cold) tap, turn it off, then another half a cup to wash your toothbrush and rinse your mouth when finished. If you do that in the shower, three minutes (recommended brushing time) uses around three gallons of (usually heated) water. Say again, Jennifer?
