Lindsay Lohan turned 21 yesterday, and celebrated at the beach with friends and family. She stayed committed to the rehab routine, but do you think she realizes that she’s the only one at her party without any clothes on? I know it’s a beach party, but if everyone else was dressed, I’d be inclined to at least throw on a pair of pants that matched my bright blue stripper shoes.
