Lindsay Lohan Movie Axed

Lindsay Lohan was slated to star in the upcoming “Poor Things”, but the project has been axed, apparently because of Lindsay’s post-rehab partying. Lindsay was just in Vegas, seen living it up in her alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet.

Page Six reports that the film’s set designer, Fontaine Beauchamp Hebb, emailed vendors of the film last week to tell them the film had been shelved:

“Poor Things has been canceled. Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but I just received a call from Jacky Gilardi, the producer, pulling the plug on the ill-fated film. Apparently, Ms. Lohan’s antics in Las Vegas over the weekend have scared the bond companies and all of the funding has been pulled. I look forward to working together in the future and trust our next project will not be as fraught with difficulty.”

I don’t get it. You cast her pre-rehab when she’s spotted drinking everywhere and showing up late to the set of Georgia Rule, but now after she completes rehab and goes out with friends wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet you get scared?? How does that make any sense?
