Nicky Hilton is the proud new owner of a three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom house in the Hollywood Hills. And she only paid $2.8 million for it! Bargain shopper.

It was built in 1942 and has a large living room, a formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with an island, a pantry and at least four ovens. It also has a family room, gym, sauna, a large yard and of course, a swimming pool.
