Porn Star Lara Madden Sued

Lara Madden is a pornography actress from Houston who hit it big (well, she’s been in more than ten XXX movies at least) under the stage name ‘Syvette Wimberly’. Unfortunately for her, the real Syvette Wimberly, a former classmate of Lara, found out about the alias and is now suing for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

“Really on a weekly, if not daily basis, my client has had to deal with odd phone calls, former classmates that didn’t know her that well sending her e-mails about whether she’s now in the adult film industry and just a general lack of safety for her,” attorney Caj D. Boatwright said.

Wimberly is also suing Vivid Entertainment, the film distributor who produced the movies. She’s asking for monetary damages and an injunction to stop Lara from using her name.

Either Lara wasn’t a big fan of Syvette during high school and this is an evil plan that has been years in the making, or she’s just not that bright. … Or both.
