Larry Rudolph Releases Statement About Subpoena In Britney Spears Case

Larry Rudolph Releases Statement About Subpoena In Britney Spears Case - PIC

Only one day after Larry Rudolph told Ryan Seacrest that he was avoiding being served, he released a statement explaining himself.

“Despite the things that Britney has publicly said about our relationship in the past, I truly understand where she’s coming from and why she’s said the things she said about me post-rehab and I don’t take it personally. As her former manager, I know and understand Britney better than anyone, I know what makes her tick and I understand everything she’s going through. With that being said, my loyalty will always stay strong with Britney. I have consulted with my lawyers and I do understand that eventually the time will come when they will find me, but until then, I’m trying to avoid being brought into this mess. She’s going through so much right now and I wish Britney the best.”

Kevin Federline has been on a mission to serve everyone who’s ever talked to Britney, asking them to testify during his custody case. And his latest subpoena caused a violent reaction. The Hollywood Gossip reports that when process server Aaron Cohen tried to serve a subpoena on Britney’s friend Sam Lufti, Lufti rammed his car into Cohen’s in an attempt to avoid being served.

However, in an X17 video, Sam claims he innocent, saying

quote-pic“We were on our way home, and right before I pulled into my driveway, I was surrounded by three of their cars. From the rear, from the side, from the front, the car in the front rammed into me, the car in the back hit, the car in the side scraped… the damage on the car speaks for itself… I was afraid for my safety.”

Sure, going to court sucks, but these people must really have something to hide if their avoiding service at all costs. What can they possibly say about Britney that’s worse than what the paparazzi catch? Things are going to get interesting.
