Lead Singer Raine Maida Has Choice Words For Paris Hilton

Raine Maida, lead singer for Our Lady Peace, felt the need to speak out about Paris Hilton a few weeks ago, and what he had to say was, umm, to the point.
“Paris Hilton is in prison. She is a whore beyond whores. She checked into prison a day early to make sure she would make all the weekly magazine story deadlines and or covers. What kind of fucking world do we live in? I usually do my best to avoid such crap in the morning but this morning I was unable to escape this scientifically timed spectacle.”
I’ll probably get crucified on here for not knowing who this guy is, but if he wants some pub, Paris is always a good way to get it.

Maida doesn’t need any more publicity. He’s got oodles of it in Canada. Our Lady Peace was one of the most popular Canadian bands in the late ’90s/early ’00s.
