TMZ posted this photo of sneaky paparazzi getting up close and personal with Paris Hilton’s underskirt area. And she doesn’t even notice! It’s like these things are normal in the life of Paris. And, the guy has NO shame – Paris should take her expensive handbag and hit him across the face.

I could be wrong, but to me, it looks like he’s changing out the lens on his camera. The filter is on, and his fingers are not near the shutter release.
