Kiefer Sutherland Busted For DUI

Young, female Hollywood stars aren’t the only people getting DUI’s these days. Kiefer Sutherland was arreseted Monday night on suspicion of DUI in West Hollywood. This is his second in five years, so a conviction will mean mandatory jail time.

Kiefer was pulled over at 1:35 a.m. after making an illegal u-turn and proceeded to blow twice the legal .08 limit. He was released $25,000 bail. Kiefer was on his way home from the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area.

He is scheduled to appear in court on October 16.
