Lindsay Lohan Named in Divorce Case

Lindsay Lohan cannot stay out of controversy, even in rehab. Lilo has has been named in the divorce papers of British heiress, Stephanie Allen, following claims she had sex with her husband, Tony Allen, in the bathroom of the Cirque Lodge.
The 28-year-old Stephanie, who comes from a billionaire family, stated in the 52-page divorce statement that her three-year marriage to 39-year-old Tony ‘is irretrievably broken’ and gives the grounds for divorce as his ‘adultery’ and ‘cruel treatment.’
‘She has had it, period. They tried forever to have kids. She went through IVF three times and suffered two miscarriages, and when they finally got two beautiful babies, he hooks up in rehab with a girl half his age.’
Tony has so far denied the sex claims.
However, a source says he recently boasted to his mates: ‘C’mon, it’s Lindsay Lohan. Hell, yes! Wouldn’t you?’
If he did have sex with Lindsay, he can claim her and probably half of Hollywood too.
