And In Other News About World Peace Efforts, Pete Wentz Thinks Light Bulbs Will Save Burma - PIC

It’s great that a lot of celebrities are really serious about making a difference in the world. It’s just too bad some of them go about it in really random ways. Pete Wentz wants to help the people of Burma, and he thinks light bulbs are the answer. He blogs:

“they have shut off the internet and all international calls in burma as the government brutally dehumanizes the people there. i know this is a small effort but maybe we can make a collage of a bunch of us with light bulbs- our show of solidarity- that they cannot turn the lights out.”

Keep trying, Pete. Maybe you’ll come up with something that will work. In the mean time, I like the effort. Maybe Ashlee Simpson can think of something - ask her.
