Britney Spears Loses Custody

The Federlines were back in court again, and this time the outcome was probably good for the kids, not so good for Britney Spears. L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”

The story is ongoing, but I think it’s about damn time. No matter how sorry you feel for the girl, it’s not fair to the kids.
