David Copperfield Accused of Rape

Yesterday TMZ reported the FBI was investigating David Copperfield, but no one knew why. The search included a Las Vegas where Copperfield stores items used in his shows.

Well, now we know why – David Copperfield has been accused of raping a Seattle woman in the Bahamas.

His lawyer, David Chesnoff, said that Copperfield would be cleared of all accusations.

“If in fact those are the allegations, unfortunately false allegations are all too often made against famous individuals. But we are confident the investigation will conclude favorably.”

Let’s see the old magician get out of this case. (I know, brutal, but comments are rape allegations are few and far between, as they should be.)
