i don’t think it is a bad angle. she is very short and a little on the chubby side. her inner and outer thighs look very soft and are getting some fat bulges

I don’t think it’s the angle of the shot either. Hayden does have rather large thighs, and lots of women have cellulite, something like 70% I think?
It doesn’t just effect larger girls either, lots of very slim people have cellulite, it just depends on how and where your body stores fat.
It doesn’t look nice I know, but what’s a girl to do, it’s a real bugger to get rid of!
