Diana's marriage failed because she was young and naive and assumed Prince Charles married her because he loved her not because he was following British law that a Prince had to marry a virgin so there would be no doubt as to the production of a legitimate heir to the throne. Diana was shattered because she couldn't understand that he could truly love a woman who was older and not by other's standards considered beautiful. Heather, on the other hand, has done nothing but try to paint Sir Paul as a dastardly fellow who beats her with her leg when she takes it off. Unfortunately, she failed to realize Paul has never had any history of such abuse. He was married and devoted to a woman many years [without scandal] who suffered and died from cancer. He assumed he would stay married for the rest of his life to Heather. Thus, no pre-nuptial agreement. Nobody with that much money goes into a marriage without a pre-nup unless he believes he will not get divorced. Heather has gone from someone who danced successfully with one leg on "Dancing With The Stars" to a wheelchair-bound sobbing mess to seek public sympathy. Not going to fly!
