Recovering addict, Lindsay Lohan, is out of rehab but still residing in Utah [I find that very strange]. She was spotted out shopping in Salt Lake City.
Fake tan or not, I think she looks great, absolutely love that jacket! There’s a good chance that rehab worked this time.
