Dog the Bounty Hunter Has Been Cancelled!

The Hawaii-based reality TV show “Dog the Bounty Hunter” has been cancelled!
The A&E network made the decision, after the show’s star Duane “Dog” Chapman was recorded spewing a racist rant about his son’s black girlfriend.
The network issued this statement to Honolulu’s Star-Bulletin:
“In evaluating the circumstances of the last few days, A&E has decided to take Dog The Bounty Hunter’ off the network’s schedule for the foreseeable future. We hope that Mr. Chapman continues the healing process that he has begun.”
Even though I don’t agree with Dog’s racist remarks, doesn’t this seem a tad extreme to you? I mean… it was a private conversation with his son.
Man, I bet his son Tucker [he sold the tape to TMZ for $15,000] feels a little bad at this point, his Dad’s life has been destroyed in a matter of a couple days.
