Kanye West, Mother’s Death Engulfed in Major Scandal

The news of Kanye West’s mother, Donda West’s death was sad enough, the scandal surrounding it has become a horror story.

It was determined that Donda died as a result of a surgery gone wrong, for a tummy tuck and breast reduction.

Now Dr. Adams, the doctor who performed the surgery, has had a warrant issued for his arrest for a previous botched up surgery.

TMZ reports,

An L.A. County Superior Court judge has issued a warrant for Dr. Adam’s arrest, because he didn’t show up for a hearing today.

Lori Ufondu sued Dr. Adams and won a judgment in excess of $100,000, after he left a sponge in her following surgery. Ufondu’s lawyer told TMZ Dr. Adams hasn’t paid.

Today, Dr. Adams was ordered to appear at 8:30 AM in San Pedro, Calif., for a “judgement debtor” examination hearing, in order to establish where he had assets. The doctor was a no show, and the judge issued a $30,000 civil warrant.

Unrelated to Donda West’s death?

What’s in question here, is why this doctor was even allowed to perform any surgeries. It appears that Dr. Adams has has three DUI’s and multiple malpractice cases filed against him.

As if that isn’t shocking enough, it’s also been discovered that Dr. Adams is not even Board Certified!

Now comes the final blow…

Dr. Adams has been showcased on four separate media outlets, Oprah, E!, NBC, and Discovery Health.

TMZ reports,

We want to know why they put doctors on talking about plastic surgery who are not board certified in the field. In particular, we wanted to know why Oprah, NBC and Discovery Health showcased Dr. Jan Adams, who operated on Kanye West’s mom the day before she died. The Dr. has 3 DUI’s, multiple malpractice cases, and on and on. The director of the Medical Board of California is now going after his license.

We also wanted to know why E! is using doctors who are not board certified for “Dr. 90210″ — in particular, Dr. Robert Rey and Dr. David Matlock.

Asked for a comment in the past three days now — Oprah, E!, NBC, and Discovery Health are not returning calls.

Maybe they should be charging this man for murder?
