Britney Spears Too Sick for Deposition, OK to Party

Yesterday, Britney Spears was to take the oath and have her deposition taken — and as predicted, she was a ‘no show‘ to the scheduled meeting.

Yet last night, it was back to normal. Between inexplicable visits to various gas stations and the Four Seasons, Britney was asked why she missed her important deposition that morning. Her response? “It’s cold, y’all.”

The excuses have been abundant, from feeling ill — to anxiety.

A source told MSNBC,

“Britney doesn’t like to be told what to do and that’s why she didn’t show. She did feel sick, but more than anything, she felt like she didn’t have to do something — just because she was told.”

Can you say “bye-bye Christmas with Mommy, Kids“?
