Here’s the scene at the L.A. County Courthouse for what will be a make-or-break hearing in the Britney Spears custody saga.

TMZ is reporting live and has live video streams of both entrances to the courthouse.

Will Britney show or will she blow it off? We’re all over it. A navy blue suited and mohawked Kevin Federline and his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan have already arrived.

X17 Online is reporting that at the time of this posting, Britney is still at home.

Ryan Seacrest, who is in tight with Britney and her camp, announced on his radio show this morning that his “sources” were telling him Spears would not be showing up to her custody hearing at court today.

Spears is not required to be there, but if she doesn’t show, she’s probably losing her kids until April.

Sources state that the Commissioner will hear Britney’s testimony at whatever time she shows today, so check back here for updates!
