Holly Madison of The Girls Next Door is getting her wish! To have a baby with her boyfriend Hugh Hefner, that is.

Holly has been dreaming about motherhood for the last two seasons on the show and she brings it up every chance she gets. Hef was against it at first, but eventually he started to weaken to the idea.

This will be Hugh’s third family!

Holly and Hef were seen in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills gynecologist who specializes in in vitro fertilization.

Other couples trying to get pregnant were thrilled to see the Playboy mogul in person.
