They stay neutral on matters like politics. Even though she no longer claims to be a Witness, she is obviously still holding on to some of the beliefs she was raised with. Many times on the show she comes across as very clueless on matters of the world, like voting, the holidays, politics basic history and science. Not all witnesses are like this, but there are a few that manage to remain in the dark on issues important to worldly people.
