Britney Spears is Released from Hospital - PIC - 1

TMZ reports,

quote.jpgUCLA doctors determined Britney did not pose the legal danger to herself or to others, such that they could continue to hold her against her will.

As a result, she was released today and we’re told she’s already back home.

The conservatorship is still in place. Sources connected with the case say they anticipated that UCLA would probably release her before the 14-day extension because she became cooperative and relatively stable.

We’re told the goal with Brit’s mom and dad was to establish the conservatorship while she was hospitalized so she would return home to a controlled environment rather than the chaos that consumed her life.

Sources state that sometime after 3:15 P.M. Pacific, Spears made her way to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she is currently holed up. No clue as to why everyone is allowing her to resort to her previous behavior.

Meanwhile, Sam Lutfi is currently teaming up with Michael Sands, the ex PR person for Kevin Federline‘s attorney, attempting to get his ass out of hot water.

Spears’ parents are accusing Sam of not only drugging Britney, but also stealing property from her home.

UPDATE** According to X17 Online, Britney’s father Jaime is sending the police to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Britney is currently staying.

My guess it’s because of whomever she’s met up with at the hotel, Sam… Adnan… or Felipe. Kudos Dad… don’t give up!!

It’s like when inmates find God to get time off for good behavior and then–business as usual when they get out. Britney is her own worst enemy. She never learned how to be alone and NOT having the photogs 24/7 that week was more than she could handle.
