She has always been a plastic surgery/makeup nightmare. It appears she had a series of injections to plump her lips and it backfired. It’s ironic. I’m of African descent. I always wear vibrant lipstick to glorify my mouth. However, in photos, “our” lips always have on dull, muted shades.
