Shia LaBeouf Arrest Warrant

The new hotness is failed to make appearance in court on Tuesday. Shia was nabbed for a smoking citation in California a month ago. He was outside of a gift shop and lit up a cig in Burbank.

His court date was at 8:30 am yesterday and no one showed for LaBeouf. After a legal rep and Shia himself failed to make it to the summons, a $1,000 bench warrant was issued to bring him in.

Stick to Walgreen’s in Chicago. Way to play the bad boy image though. You naughty, naughty gift store smoker!
