For Jessica Alba, first came love, now marriage, next the baby in … well, you get the idea. A very pregnant Alba wed Cash Warren in a ceremony on Monday.

According to a source, they were married in the Beverly Hills courthouse’s ceremony room under an arch of green silk foliage and white flowers. They were casually dressed, with Alba wearing a long blue dress and her hair back in a ponytail. “She looked happy but nervous,” the source says.

No one else attended the quiet ceremony. The couple met on the set of ‘Fantastic Four’ in 2004 and are expecting their first child later this spring or early summer.
