Some maker of cheapo Internet games invites you to get your skeeve on taking “pictures” of Miley Cyrus — the 15-year-old one — in various states of naughtiness.

Simulating some of the photos that have popped up online and in tabloid magazines, Addicting Games has a new game called “Miley Naughty Pics” in which the goal is to take progressively racier and racier snaps of a cartoon Miley — and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

Can this be legal?
