I believe this is a video about hypocrisy…those without sin cast the first stone. The woman in chains, the pregnant one, seems to be a prostitute or adulterer carrying a bastard child, for which high society has condemned her to death. High society is seen, of course, elevated above the rest, laughing and wearing dapper clothing while sheer chaos ensues below. Our protagonist, the hottie red head, is seen walking the streets in the obvious clothing of a prostitute, or sinner. However, as she lays naked on the bed she moves through limbo into her own hypocritical world where she becomes the executioner of sinners.

Essentially , she herself is also a sinner, but lives the life of a lie in order to conform with high society, as is shown by the angry protestors holding bibles and yelling. Very nice. Also, titties.
