I voted for Barack Obama for Senator, I reside in Chicago. However, I campaigned for Clinton and proudly wore my t-shirt. I was paying over $300 monthly for health insurance over 20 years ago. I heard her speak [with my teenaged daughter] on healthcare reform while my daughter was in high school. She's now 32! I'm 59. During my life I've been Colored, Negro, Black, African American and maybe a few more I can't remember. There's no Irish, Italian, German, Polish--just one category. This country is more sexist than it is racist. However, racism comes a close second. I'm so afraid for Obama because "Change" is his platform. The country is run by an elite group of people. I can't see that group giving up dividends for the fairness to the rest of the citizens in America. I’m African American and I’m so damned tired of the racial divide I could scream.
