In the midst of fighting cancer, Patrick Swayze is looking like his old self again – healthy, happy and hot. He told photographers,

“I’m a miracle dude … I don’t know why.”

This is the first time the actor has been seen in public since announcing in March that he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
