Rumer Willis attended The Power of Paws event in NYC last night wearing a very revealing black halter dress.
I’m thinking it isn’t normal for someone so young, to be that saggy. I could understand it if they were bigger, but they aren’t.

Because practically everyone in Hollywood has flotation devices [implants], we cringe at real breasts. Also, it appears she is sans bra a great deal. She has bad posture and the type of dress she is wearing presses her breasts down. That wouldn’t happen is they were plastic.
