Davy Jones may have been a 1960s teen idol but it seems his physique is no longer anything to sing about.

His audience got more then they bargained for when The Monkees star undid his shirt on stage to reveal an impressive pair of man boobs.

The 62-year-old was performing at The Ultimate Idols concert in New York’s Staten Island when he decided to bare his suspiciously taunt chest.

Despite having piled on a few pounds over the years the still showed his trademark cheeky grin which won him so many hearts in the 60s.

He was joined at the concert by fellow hearthrob David Cassidy, who starred in the 1970s series The Partridge Family.

The pair are still thrilling their female fans on stage and belted out a number of their hits including I Think I Love You, Rock Me Baby and I’m A Believer and Last Train To Clarksville.

Jones shot to fame playing the his namesake character Davy in The Monkees which ran between 1966 and 1968.

He was hit with the girls after singing the lead vocals on the band’s hits Daydream Believer and I Wanna Be Free.

Granted, I was rather young when Davy Jones was a heart throb — but I still remember him nonetheless. The above is NOT an image I needed to see.
