Levi Johnston’s Mother Arrested Over Drugs

Levi Johnston‘s (who is the soon to be father of Bristol Palin‘s baby) mother has been charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Sherry Johnston, 42, was arrested on Thursday when she was given a search warrant for her home, as part of an undercover drug investigation.

Troopers said they charged Johnston with second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance â€“ typically manufacturing or delivering drugs â€“ as well as fourth-degree misconduct involving controlled substances, or possession, said the newspaper.

Sherry was arrested about around noon and then booked, she was released on a $5,000 bond two hours later.

It is unclear what or how many drugs were involved because it is still an ongoing investigation, Sarah Palin‘s rep refused to comment only saying “this is not a state government matter. Therefore the governor’s communications staff will not be providing comment or scheduling interview opportunities.”

How embarrassing for Levi Jonstron and Bristol Palin, on the eve of when their baby is born, his mother goes and gets herself arrested over drugs.
