Anne Hathaway has really suffered for her craft, getting knocked around for her new movie, “Bride Wars“, by Kate Hudson.
They both star in the movie about two best friends getting married on the same day. It apparently turns into some fierce competition, with both girls trying to sabotage each other throughout the bridal preparations.
Kate Hudson said that she got into the character a little too much and accidentally punched co-star Anne Hathaway in the face during the catfight scene.
She says, “We were really tired, and I had this big rock on my finger…I whacked Annie in the face so hard. She was like, ‘No, no, keep going’ because she was so into it…Two hours later, she’s sitting in the back of a car with an ice pack on her face. I was so bad. I really clocked her.”
