Nicky Hilton Makes Citizen’s Arrest At IHOP
Nicky Hilton has proven that she’s not one to be messed with. After getting pushed to the ground by a homeless person, the lesser famous Hilton sister made a citizen’s arrest.
Saturday night at 5 a.m., Hilton was leaving the IHOP when the homeless man, Michael Broadhurst pushed her down. She then proceeded to place him under a citizen’s arrest until the police were able to take him into custody.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the news, saying, One of our deputies was at the IHOP, having a coffee break, and noticed a waitress run outside because there was a commotion.”
The spokesman added that Broadhurst “came up behind Ms. Hilton and pushed her. She’s okay, but she was desirous of prosecution. She said, ‘I am placing you under citizen’s arrest!’ It is my understanding that she is okay. A battery is just an unwanted touching.”
