Eddie Van Halen Sues Nike Over Shoe Design
Eddie Van Halen is suing Nike over a sneaker they just launched sporting a red, white and black pattern that Van Halen claims is his trademark design.

Eddie’s company, ELVH Inc, filed a lawsuit last week citing copyright infringement, in which they are seeking monetary retribution and “the destruction of all footwear.”
Even if it does look like the same design as on his old guitar — the lawsuit is petty and ridiculous!
