Pamela Anderson was spotted looking her usual trashy self in a blue bikini top and a towel wrapped around her midsection.

She was horking down an ice cream cone like it was going out of style. Her face looks like a caricature of her former self, emblazoned with black eye makeup, per usual. Along with that, you can’t forgo the mention of her nasty looking blond hair and surgeried-to-death tanned body.

Hey, at least she’d float!

And what is that thing around her waistline in lieu of a bikini bottom, right above the towel? A gold chain? Is she blingin’?
