Christian Audigier’s $1 Million Fence Battle Against Los Angeles

Christian Audigier is doing more than just designing Ed Hardy t-shirts to ensure Jon Gosselin’s douchey look.

He is throwing a hissy fit over the city of Los Angeles’ requests to have his fence cut down from 6′2″ to 3′6″. The city says that the smaller height is the maximum allowed for his neighborhood.

He’s not taking that laying down! Nope! He says that he’s the victim of fence discrimination and he’s taking legal action against the city for it. He’s suing for a whopping $1 million!

In the court papers, Audigier says that there are other houses in his neighborhood that have tall fences. So he’s getting picked on. Nice. Way to be a man, Christian.

He also claims that he has suffered economic damages over the kerfuffle, thus the lawsuit for such an exorbitant amount.
